JUICY APPLE CAKE

This cake is very tasty and very juicy, that you have the impression that it's a cake with syrup when  you eat it. Apples give it a beautiful juiciness and softness. The cup size is 200 ml.
 Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of semolina
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar (10 g)
  • 1 pack of baking powder (10 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 grated apples
Preparation:
  1. The eggs are mixed with sugar using a mixer, and the other ingredients are added slowly and mixed nicely. Grated apples are added at the end and mixed with a spoon.
  2. The cake is baked in an oiled pan No.30, for about half an hour at 180 C degrees. After baking and after cooling, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
