CHOCOLATE LEAN COOKIES

 Easy beautiful lean cookies for all of you that are in their fasting period.


 Ingredients:
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g crushed almonds
  • 200 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 100 g cooking lean chocolate+50 g margarine
  • optional orange jam (or what you have)

Preparation:
  1. Knead dough from the flour, baking powder, almonds, margarine softened at room temperature, sugar and orange juice. Then leave in the fridge to stay for 30 minutes.
  2. Stretch a crust thick about 1 cm and using molds, take out forms in desired shape and align on a pan coated with baking paper.
  3. Heat the oven at 180 C degrees and bake cookies for about 10 minutes.
  4. After cooling, glue 2 cookies with jam or you can directly add the chocolate glaze. The glaze is made by melting the chocolate together with some margarine on a steam. Dip each cookie in the melted chocolate while it's still warm and liquid.
  5. Leave to cool, then serve.
