BREADED HARD CHEESE (POHOVANO BIENO SIRENJE)

Breaded hard cheese is much easier to prepare then breaded cheese. Preparation is the same, but because this cheese is hard, the frying process is easier and it won't melt in the pan. I like it a little more fried and crunchy. Besides cheese which should be cut into cubes or triangles, you will need bread crumbs, flour, egg and oil for frying.

Ingredients:
  • 300 g hard cheese
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • cooking oil
Preparation:
  1. Cut cheese into pieces in desired shape. 
  2. Roll each piece in flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Thus prepared pieces of cheese put to fry in hot oil. After frying, align fried cheese on a kitchen paper to soak the excess oil.
