BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES - FAST, GREAT AND HEALTHY DESSERT

Ingredients (for 8-10 biscuits):
  • 2 pieces of ripe bananas
  • 100 g soft oatmeal

**If desired, you can add some nuts

Preparation: 
  1. Peel the two ripe bananas ( more mature are softer). Tear them into small pieces and add along 100 g of soft oatmeal. Squeeze bananas with fork and mix with oatmeal until you get smooth mixture. 
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet using a spoon and shape evenly. You can sprinkle cookies with crushed nuts. 
  3. Bake at 200 degrees about 15 minutes or until browned.
